Ordering
What sizes do you offer?
Five sizes: Small (12" × 18", $79), Medium (18" × 24", $99), Large (24" × 36", $129), XL (30" × 40", $149), and Statement (40" × 60", $189). All ship free within the US.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Processed through Stripe. We don't store your payment info.
Can I order a custom size?
Not yet. Our five sizes cover most walls. If you need something specific, email us and we'll see what we can do.
The Product
What exactly am I getting?
A gallery-wrapped canvas print on artist-grade canvas, stretched over a hardwood frame, with hanging hardware included. Ready to hang out of the box.
How long will it last?
Our inks are rated for 100+ years on the wall. Built to outlast the desk it hangs behind.
Will the colors look exactly like the website?
Very close. Monitor calibration can shift things slightly. We print to a consistent, verified standard. If something looks off when it arrives, email us — we'll make it right.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Free on all US orders. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Processing takes 3–5 business days (each piece is printed to order). Delivery is 7–10 business days after that. We send a tracking number when it ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Returns & Issues
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no charge. No forms, no friction.
Can I return an order if I change my mind?
Because each piece is printed to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If there's a defect on our end, we'll fix it.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Email us within 24 hours of placing the order and we may be able to change it before it goes to print. After that, we can offer a discount on a new order in the correct size.
